Puesto Debuts New Cozy Dishes Just in Time for the Holidays

As the weather cools, Puesto brings fresh warmth to its award-winning Mexico City-inspired menu with new, comforting dishes. Now available on the all-day menu, each dish has been crafted with a focus on rich flavor and perfect balance:
- Chicken Mole Enchilada – Oaxacan-style mole negro, tender chicken, onion, queso fresco, and chile-almond crunch.
- Pollo Asado Taco – Grilled chicken with asada seasoning, hot honey, guacamole, asada pico, and queso fresco on a handmade, organic blue corn tortilla.
- Crab & Shrimp Flautas – Lump crab, Mexican shrimp, green onion, cabbage slaw, avocado salsa, and chile oil.
- Pumpkin Spiced Chocoflan – Dulce de leche, chocolate cake, coffee, and almond crunch.
Puesto’s craft bar menu reaches festive new heights with holiday-inspired drinks from Beau du Bois, VP of Bar & Spirits:
- Holiday Shopper Margarita – El Tequileño reposado tequila, Grand Marnier, hibiscus, ginger, cinnamon, and fresh lime.
- Champagne Ponche – Nicolas Feuillatte champagne, tejocote, guava, hibiscus, piloncillo, and canela.
- Naughty Shooter – Pueblo Viejo reposado tequila, hazelnut, and Fireball.
- Nice Shooter – Pueblo Viejo blanco tequila, crème de menthe, crème de cacao, topped with whipped cream.
- Puesto Negra Beer – Brewed at Puesto Cervecería, this award-winning International Dark Lager recently took gold at the 2024 Great American Beer Festival.

The Ultimate Taco Tuesday
Every Tuesday from 3 p.m. to close, enjoy half off all tacos for dine-in. Each taco, wrapped in a handmade, non-GMO blue corn tortilla, features sustainable meats, local seafood, and fresh produce. Mix and match nearly a dozen flavors, from Filet Mignon and Chicken al Pastor to veggie options like Verduras and Mushroom.
The Happiest Happy Hour
Weekdays from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m., Puesto’s Happy Hour features $10 Puesto Perfect margaritas, $9 wines by the glass, and half off Snacks & Shares.
